Objective

Enterprise Resource Planning is the integrated management of main business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology. Enterprise Risk is present in every aspect of our life; thus risk management is considered a very important task, even if it is often treated in an unstructured way, based only on relevant knowledge, experience and instinct. All projects involve risk because unexpected events and deviation from the project plan often occur. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Benchmark your ERM practices against the COSO-ERM framework so you can measure your present practices stand-up to industry standards
  • The suite applications that can help your organization to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities
  • ERP systems run on a variety of computer hardware and network configurations, typically using a database as an information repository
