Objective
Managing people is no easy task and the managers can be marked with anxiety, stress and insecurity as to how to what to do and how to do it. Getting off to a good start is important particularly in today‘s increasingly competitive business climate and the skills acquired in this workshop will ―fast track‖ participants to manage effectively. A variety of tools, techniques and frameworks will be presented enabling managers to understand their role and responsibilities function effectively and get the best performance from those they lead.
