Objective

This workshop covers fundamentals of HVAC and Refrigeration systems starting from psychometric calculations to design of air conditioning cycles. Load calculations, distribution, system selection, controls and energy conversation of HVAC systems are all covered in this workshop. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Provide a practical understanding of the theory dictating the design and control of HVAC systems
  • Provide information on the energy conservation aspects of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems
  • Minimize forced outages and prevent serious damage to HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
