Objective
This highly interactive Contractor Management training course will ensure that participants understand how contractor management will fit in the Asset Management context – Selecting and sourcing the right contractors can be a challenging and time-consuming task. Especially when taking into consideration other key areas include measuring contractor health & safety and performance, risk management, partnership models, planning, scheduling and control issues; it is hardly surprising that entrenching an effective contractor management process is essential for any maintenance team. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the existing contracts used in the organization.
