Objective

An increasing number of people retire every year at different levels. Many of the retirees are not prepared for such a drastic change as they discover that the pension is inadequate; He has to manage his family, finances, savings, expenditures and investments. Leaving pre-retirement training off to the last months or weeks of employment does not give good result. The essence of this workshop is to help participants adequately adjust to the challenges of retirement, have personal understanding of financial planning, manage their health and help them to appreciate types of business opportunities that are open to them.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Make the necessary provision to meet financial requirements at retirement
  • Identify factors that affect the quality of life after retirement
  • Sensitized to proactively and strategically plan for their retirement needs
  • Look at the importance of making new relationships and improving existing ones
